Position: Account Manager
Salary / Rate: £22k-25k per annum

Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a hugely successful leading membership programme company based in Central London. They provide a range of fantastic rewards, discounts and freebies to their cardholder base.
This role will be looking after call centres both on and off shore that up sell and re sell my clients product to their customers.
You will have had exposure of working with call or contact centres. Selling travel, mail order goods, merchandise or tv shopping would be an advantage.
The Account Managers duties will include:
Proactively manage the company’s portfolio of call centre partners
Building relationships with partner call centres
Managing KPIs, conversion levels and sales metrics for all call centres
Nurturing, training and developing call centre staff to ensure maximum sales success
Managing poor performance, putting action plans in place to support companies and staff if required
Undertake and perform call reviews and online training sessions with call centre staff and managers
The ideal Account Manager will have:
Previous account manager experience
Exposure to working with call or contact centres
Experience of selling travel, mail order goods, generic merchandise or tv shopping would be an advantage but not necessary
A get things done attitude
The ability to be proactive and able to meet targets
The salary for this role is circa £25,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
