Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a hugely successful leading membership programme company based in Central London. They provide a range of fantastic rewards, discounts and freebies to their cardholder base.


As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be required to support up to 4 Customer Service Advisor's as well as undertaking the customer service duties yourself.


You will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient and specialist service to my clients customers.


This is a great time to join this fantastic company, there is lots of growth and new clients coming on board, this opportunity can lead to promotion into a Customer Service Manager role.


You will need to have a small amount of sales experience to be considered for this role, this doesn't have to be recent and can be any outbound sales experience.


The Customer Service Team Leader duties will include:


  • Supervising a team of 4 Customer Service Advisor's
  • Been a hands on team leader and undertaking the duties of the Customer Service Advisor as well as supporting the team
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and emails day to day from a customer database
  • Managing incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Answering questions, queries and problems and resolving with the best solution for the individual
  • Providing them with product knowledge and advising and suggesting the best product for them
  • Delivering exceptional experiences through your great product knowledge
  • Delivering great customer service via telephone and email
  • Logging all calls onto the company system
  • Updating customers accounts via the company system
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Working towards KPIs


The ideal Customer Service Team Leader will have:


  • Experience of supervising a small team
  • A small amount of coutbound sales experience
  • Experience of working within a call centre environment
  • Previously delivered excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • A can-do attitude


The salary for this role will be circa £30,000


The hours of work will be 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
