We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Assembly Operative for a large prestigious Manufacturing company based in Tamworth.
This is a Temporary – Permanent role working on set Day shift
Monday – Thursday -07.00am - 16:00pm & Friday 7.00am – 12.00 Noon pm
Pay rate £13.00ph
Flexible working hours needed (weekend & shift working may be required)
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a fast paced production line
- Assembling and inspecting various parts
- Using hand and air powered tools
- Using torque wrenches & Measuring devices
- Reading and following instructions from drawings & manufacturing specs
- Identifying any scrap or rejects that do not adhere to standards and specifications suggesting recommendations to improve processes
- Quality inspect and final visual inspection of all parts
Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar Assembly and manufacturing environment
- Must have a keen eye for intricate details for this role
- You will need to have good communication and written skills
- Heavy lifting will be involved in this role and you will be stood up most of the working day
