Have you got at least 3 months of Class 1 driving experience and are looking for your next opportunity? Winner Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join a busy, well-established logistics operation in Coventry.
We're offering ongoing work with a leading UK logistics company, excellent hourly rates, and the opportunity to secure regular shifts throughout the seasonal peak and beyond!
⭐ Your Role
- Depot-to-depot trunking and collections
- Straightforward driving work – no heavy lifting
- Operating modern, well-maintained vehicles across UK routes
- Delivering goods safely and efficiently while following all driving regulations
NEW AND IMPROVED PAY RATES
- ☀️ Day shifts: £20.50 per hour
- Night shifts: £21.93 per hour
- Weekend 6th shift: £27.70 per hour
- SEASONAL PEAK BONUS: EXTRA £2 PER HOUR!
- From 22nd November to 19th December, earn an additional £2 per hour on top of your standard rate!
Your seasonal peak rates will be
- ☀️ Day shifts: £22.50 per hour
- Night shifts: £23.93 per hour
- Weekend 6th shift: £29.70 per hour
- Weekly pay – reliable and consistent
- Ongoing work with a major logistics provider
- Long-term and full-time opportunities available
Flexible Shift Patterns
- Various start times available
- Average shift length of 10–12 hours

✅ Requirements
- Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 3 months' Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC qualification card
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
