- We're looking for a confident and resilient Customer Service / Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
- This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll need to be someone who enjoys being busy, can think on your feet and isn't afraid to deal with challenging situations.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing a varied workload, dealing with customers and callers, and following detailed processes, legislation and industry rules.
- The role involves using multiple computer systems, prioritising workloads and handling sometimes difficult or irate callers, so confidence, resilience and good communication skills are essential.
- You'll receive training on the processes and systems, so previous industry experience isn't essential.

- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly

- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A willingness to learn detailed processes, legislation and rules
- A flexible approach to working hours when required
Temp to Perm
- This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, giving you the chance to prove yourself within the role before moving into a permanent position.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pmFriday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- There may also be opportunities for evening and weekend overtime, so flexibility would be an advantage.
