FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers to join our team in Rugby on a long-term basis.
The Role
- As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods around the warehouse and yard, ensuring products are handled and stored correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Picking and preparing goods for dispatch
- Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse records
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences/certificates
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
