ABOUT THE ROLE
- Winner Recruitment is looking for reliable and professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Trunk Drivers for night trunking work based in Sheffield.
- The role involves transporting goods between designated distribution hubs, ensuring deliveries arrive safely and on time.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ✅ Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally✅ Completing night trunking runs to designated hubs✅ Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks✅ Ensuring loads are secure and all relevant paperwork is completed✅ Following drivers’ hours regulations and tachograph requirements✅ Maintaining punctuality and reliability✅ Following all health and safety procedures✅ Representing Winner Recruitment and the client professionally
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Good understanding of vehicle safety and load security
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Previous trunking experience preferred
