Apply for this role ↓We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across military family housing in Wyton and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, customer-focused tradesperson to join a long-term maintenance contract, helping ensure properties are safe, comfortable and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations.
- Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery.
- Complete a variety of general property maintenance and repair works.
- Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.
- Work across occupied and void properties.
- Use a PDA or digital system to update job records and complete work orders.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in a Multi Trade or property maintenance role.
- Good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.
- Experience working in occupied and void properties.
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade is desirable.
- Additional trade qualifications are advantageous.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- DBS and security clearance, or willingness to undertake the necessary checks.
- Professional manner with a strong focus on customer service.
