The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Van Driver Recruiter to join our client’s busy Franchise Department.
- This is a high-volume role managing the full recruitment process for van drivers, from sourcing and interviewing through to compliance, contracting and onboarding.
- You will manage multiple vacancies, candidates and driver accounts simultaneously, so excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract driver candidates
- Screen and interview candidates
- Complete Right to Work, licence and compliance checks
- Prepare contracts and manage onboarding
- Manage multiple vacancies and accounts at the same time (at leat 50 at a time)
- Maintain accurate recruitment records
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Work to recruitment targets and deadlines
- Liaise with candidates and the client's Franchise Department
- Travel to Bridgwater and Cornwall when required
About You
- Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential
- Driver recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
