We're guaranteeing 40 hours pay every single week at Evri Premium (a network of DHL) in Coventry, Ryton and Rowley. If the site is quiet and doesn't need you that day, you still get paid.
What that looks like before Christmas
- 1 week: £524 4 weeks: £2,096 8 weeks: £4,192
- Same amount, every week. No guessing.
The honest bit
- This is physical warehouse work. You'll be lifting, moving and sorting parcels, some of them heavy, at a fast pace. If you're fit, reliable and want a guaranteed wage going into Christmas, this is for you. That's exactly why we're guaranteeing your pay.
What you get
- 40 hours pay guaranteed every week £13.10 per hour
- Start Monday 26 October
- Work across three sites in the Coventry area
- Days 11:00 - 19:00 | 19:00 - 03:30
What we need from you
- Available full time and happy to work at any of the three sites
- Able to do heavy, repetitive lifting
- Reliable, on time, every shift
- Right to work in the UK (we check this when you register)

- £524 per week is before tax and deductions (40 hours × £13.10). £4,192 is based on 8 full weeks, w/c 26 October to 20 December 2026. The guarantee applies to placed workers who are available for and accept all shifts offered across the three sites. Bank holidays when sites are closed (e.g. Christmas Day and Boxing Day) do not count towards guaranteed hours. Applying does not guarantee a place. Terms apply.
