We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy parcel delivery company, for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Coventry.
The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for sorting parcels and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Duties include
Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
Loading and unloading stock
Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
Meeting productivity targets during your shift
May include some heavy lifting
Shifts & Pay
- Day shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm — £12.71 per hour
- Night shift: 7:00pm – 3:00am — £13.21 per hour
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Fit and able to work with heavy duty parcels
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
- Ongoing work available - not just for Christmas!
